Thank you Zoo Atlanta for inviting us to preview Scaly Slimy Spectacular.
We were provided with tickets to the zoo however all opinions are my own.
Atlanta a new exhibit and adventure has arrived. Zoo Atlanta Scaly Slimy Spectacular: The Amphibian and Reptile Experience with over 100 animals representing more than 70 species. The experience features interactive game kiosks which allows players to answer animal questions, earn cards, and create their own reptile. Look out for the mobile app version of the game coming soon.
Little scientist will discover and learn about species including Crocodilians, Frogs and Toads, Lizards, Snakes and more. All the species in Scaly Slimy Spectacular are known as The Spectaculars. They have powers and transform into heroes when the time is right. From the Appalachian Mountains to the Amazon River Basin and so many places in between, The Spectaculars communicate in their own language to save the day. Don’t worry, the experience is translated to English for all visitors to enjoy. Hey Atlanta, you never know when you will need The Spectaculars to save the day.
Sugar Plum Z was amazed at one of the interactive videos. I won’t share all the details but just know a snake is capable of swallowing their prey whole. Now if a two year old is fascinated by that, then you know this exhibit is a big hit. The colors, the sounds and the vast array of animals on display is sure to awaken the imagination of your entire family no matter the age. Get up close and personal with the displays and leave with a new understanding of how important these species are to the world and their habitats.
Spring breakers are you ready to explore and become a part of The Spectaculars team? Check out more about Zoo Atlanta Scaly Slimy Spectacular here.
