They say yoga is good for the soul. I believe it. It definitely helps after a good run, as a great start to the day and as a way to unwind after a long day.
I attempted to take some pictures for this post today but I failed. I will try again tomorrow but for now here is a quick collage of the yoga poses I do as a part of my daily stretching. There is one more I really love especially after a run, but I could not find a good image of it. I will update this post with my own pics later this week. I am photography challenged!
Add this yoga routine to your post workout stretch or do it on it’s own any time of the day. Do these poses every day until you have mastered them and then add more. My goal is to be able to finish an entire hot yoga class. I am totally not a yoga expert. Not even a novice. I am more like a newborn.
