Are you excited for the holidays yet? I am. I’m already planning our menus for Thanksgiving, Little Z’s birthday and Christmas. Actually my menus are done. It takes time to shop, prep, season, brine and design beautiful table setting so I feel like I’m at least one step ahead by having my menus done. I usually prepare a few pies and cakes and this year is no different but I’m testing out a few easy prep and easy cleanup desserts too. Pumpkin Pie will definitely be on our table but I will also be serving a teaser for breakfast or brunch with this mini no bake yogurt pumpkin pie.
Trust me moms a no bake pie has to be a part of your holiday celebrations. I’m doing mine for a morning treat, but you can easily serve this in place of a traditional pie after your meal. If you are short on time or oven space, this is the perfect recipe for you. And if you dread the post celebration cleanup then you definitely want to make an effortless pie. And let me tell you, it is oh so yummy. I added my own spin for the topping which brings the recipe home.
Easy No Bake Yogurt Pumpkin Pie
Layout your Keebler® Ready Crust® Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts.
Use an ice cream scoop to scoop out your Dannon® Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Greek yogurt into each pie shell. You can use 1 yogurt to fill 2-4 shells depending on how much pumpkin pie goodness you want in each pie. The more the better.
Fill each pie shell and then add your Reddi-wip® cream.
If you’re a wip fan like me, you can always do a double layer of goodness after you add your walnut maple topping.
Chop your walnuts.
Sprinkle over your pies. This is another the more the merrier ingredient for me.
Drizzle maple syrup on top of each pie.
Serve immediately.
How easy was that? A Mini no bake yogurt pumpkin pie is the perfect size for everyone. You don’t have to worry about fighting for the last slice of pie when you have a mini pie all to yourself.

- 2 Oikos® Pumpkin Pie Yogurts
- 1 Pack Keebler® Mini Pie Crusts (6)
- Reddi-wip® Original
- 3/4 Cup crushed walnuts
- 1/2 Cup Maple Syrup
- Using an ice cream scoop, scoop 1-2 scoops pumpkin pie yogurt into each shell.
- Add the desired amount of Reddi Wip to each pie.
- Sprinkle crushed walnuts over pies then drizzle with maple syrup.
- Serve immediately.
