Spring is here and it is orange season! Take advantage of the season with this simple and light orange trifle recipe. Cara Cara navel oranges are on of my favorites and they are in season through May. Use Cara Cara oranges, Liberté® Lemon & Coconut Yogurt, cake and a few more ingredients for a delicious lightened up version of an orange trifle.
This a great family friendly and healthy dessert to enjoy with Sunday dinner, at a picnic or just because on a spring night. It’s warm where we live but if you are still thawing out the from the winter chill, this dessert will bring get your ready for the warmer spring and summer temperatures ahead.


- 2 Cara Cara Oranges
- 1/2 Liberte Yogurt, Coconut
- 1/2 Liberte Yogurt, Lemon
- 1 Slice Angel Food Cake
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Dash of Nutmeg
- Wash, peel and slice oranges making sure to remove all seeds.
- Cut cake into small pieces.
- Layer cake, yogurt and oranges in a trifle glass or small dessert cup. Repeat
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
