As always all opinions are my own.
How do you stay hydrated? I try really hard to drink 100 oz of water or more per day. Sounds crazy right? Here’s a trick: drink fruit & herb infused water. But if you are super dehydrated why not add DripDrop Hydration Powder to the mix. #DrinkDripDrop is a great way to boost your daily water intake.
There are tons of easy infused water ideas out there most of which feature fruits but my favorite concoctions include herbs and spices along with fruits. And not just mint. Basil, thyme, rosemary, jalapeño and cayenne are just a few of my favorite herbs & spices when I make infused water. I always eat the fruits and herbs (sometimes even the peppers) while I am sipping or when I am done with each glass.
Today’s infused water is so easy to make and oh so delicious. It features my favorite tropical fruit: Pineapple. Two of my many cravings: cucumber & blueberries plus DripDrop Hydration Powder and rosemary. I prepare my ingredients, add water and let sit overnight. In the morning I fill my DripDrop water bottle with infused water, pour in one packet of DripDrop Hydration Powder and stir until fully dissolved.
Stay hydrated and refreshed. National Water Day is on Sunday, March 22 plus summer is right around the corner so now is the perfect time to get you #Drink DripDrop challenge on. Challenge yourself to drink at least half your body weight in water each day. Do it by combining your favorite fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices for a refreshing spin or just pour some DropDrop hydration powder into good old water and stir. Adding DripDrop to your infused water gives you an extra boost.

March 16, 2015 at 10:56 AMI love pineapple but I’ve never tried it in my water. I always use strawberries which can get boring. I’ll have to try this for a change.

March 18, 2015 at 1:25 PMAdanna, the pineapple is so yum in water. I love it with a mix of strawberries too and sometimes oranges. I have to keep mixing it up because it makes getting my water requirement in so much easier. Plus the fruit is delicious at the end of the glass. LOL. Nothing goes to waste.

March 18, 2015 at 1:24 PMLynn, don’t I know it. I have been doing really well but I know it’s because I’m pregnant. I plan to stay focused and stick to it after the baby arrives. Infused water is definitely a major help in the struggle. Let’s do it together.
